I am so pleased with PhotoPanda. I have a dozen very bulky photo albums that my children do NOT want. They digitized my entire collection of photos (1500) for a fraction of the price of other services. The digitized photos are scanned as is, and then a second set of files are provided where the digitized photos are enhanced. WONDERFUL - the enhanced digitized photos are amazing. Many of my photos are more than 50 years old, and they look like they were taken with modern cameras in the enhanced versions. All of my photos were returned, packed neatly and carefully in one small box - much easier to store! I received both a USB drive with all the photos (original scan and enhanced versions) and a code to access them online - which also was a breeze. After doing a bit of research on photo scanning companies ... I sent 900+ family photos to Photo Panda and I'm thoroughly pleased with the work they did. It was worth every penny and done far faster than I could have done it myself. What really impressed me is that they didn't just scan the pictures but they also scanned the backs so that I have any notes that were written on them. They also "processed" the scanned images improve the image quality. They delivered the original scan and the enhanced scan and OMG what a difference. I was looking for an alternative to buying my own high speed scanner to archive my older photos, pre-digital. PhotoPanda popped up often in reviews and web searches. Photos arrived quicker than I expected and the customer service was reliable. Most of the scans were great except for three or four of them that were not scanned correctly and I had to rescan them myself to show the full image. I also found one of the photos I sent was missing a piece, not sure how that happened and I find it weird because that was the only photo they forgot to scan.

I sent off 2800 photos. At first I ordered a box that was too small. I contacted photo panda by email and they sent out the next larger box to me at no charge. I had contacted them with a few questions by email and I was pleased to find that they answered within 24 hours, because there is not a phone number to reach them, which was it first concerning for me. I ordered the photo frame and it’s very easy to operate. I probably could’ve found a better quality or larger frame for a better price, but I appreciate that all my photos were loading on it when a ride and it was ready to go. I’m not exactly tech savvy. Having the photo frame and viewing the photos is awesome for the whole family. I look forward to downloading my photos into my favorite scrapbook website, so that I can turn them all into photo albums. It’s going to be awesome! My photos go all the way back to the 1950s and ended in the 1990s. Thank you photo panda for safely returning all of my photos to me. The entire process did take about six weeks, but I did make the box change which ate up some time.

I was surprised how small the box was for the number of photos it said it would hold, but I got them in there! It was a tight squeeze. The quality of the digital photos was great. They did a great job. I didn’t read how to fill my box till after I had filled it and then had to redo .. so recommend reading those instructions first. Very happy with the results, the time frame and that they did the backs of pics that had writing on the back. I will definitely use again.

Our daughter is getting married in November and we needed a way to put several hundred photos for her slideshow on a zip drive. PhotoPanda was the perfect business that met our needs. They were fast, kept me in the loop thru the entire process( which is very easy and smooth), and produced the perfect end result. I've had photos for years in a drawer waiting to be scanned. I found PandaPhoto on line. The process couldn't have been easier! They sent a prepaid box. I organized my photos by size, and crammed as many would fit in the box. I didn't have to wait long. A box came in the mail with my photos. In that box there was a beautiful wooden box containing a lovely wooden USB memory stick. The scans were great and the price was absolutely reasonable. And, I do have to admit I love pandas!

My entire experience with the PhotoPanda team was excellent. I had a lot of questions come to mind while preparing my items so I emailed them frequently and they were extremely responsive, patient and helpful. The quality of the work they did exceeded my expectations. The enhanced photos are stunning! Some of the photos I sent were very old and hazy and they came out beautifully. I had all my mom's old photo albums and they were starting to deteriorate. When my dad passed away, my stepmother gave me a box of his old photos, too. What a fabulous job they did! They scanned nearly 2000 photos, including the notes and dates on the back! I was a little salty about paying for each extra USB drive, but OMG! They're beautiful, carved wood, gift-worthy USBs. Worth every penny!
I was so pleased with the work they did on my heirloom photos, that I packaged up my own stack of pics that I've been accumulating over the years, and sent them off to be scanned, too!

At first, I was hesitant to send old family photos in for scanning because they were the only copies and I had no negatives! I tested PhotoPanda first by using their FREE service. I grabbed some pics that had been printed from digital photos so there was no worry about loss. If the pictures didn't come back, I had electronic copies.
The free trial package arrived promptly, scanning was done quickly and the photos were returned as well! The digitized copies were available to me online where PhotoPanda had placed them in the Cloud where I could download them.
PhotoPanda is a great service at a good price. They do what they say they are going to do and do it very well! I highly recommend them!

Fast and efficient, no need to count photos, they scan both sides (so if you’re old school and wrote on the back it gets captured), came back organized in the bundles they were sent, good quality digital images (I had some dodgy cameras in my youth). I looked at a few services to get my pre-digital photos converted and this was by far the most efficient for me.

Very Pleased! I would rate PhotoPanda a 4.5
So I did the free, 'give us a try' type of deal. I was very skeptical. We had been looking at several companies to convert all of our pictures to digital and I happened upon them. I chose a variety of pictures to send them as a sort of test, if you will. I sent old, new, poor resolution, etc. (truth be told, I was pretty nervous about sending the photos and never seeing them again so I scanned the priceless ones at home first and then sent them, just in case : ) )
So as promised; the small envelope arrived in the mail, no charge to me. I filled it with about 40ish photos and dropped it back in the mail. The envelope postage was pre-paid by PhotoPanda. I received an email a few days later letting me know the photos had arrived, and then another email a few days after that letting me know my photos were ready for review and downloading (online). Our photos were scanned perfectly! They even scanned the backsides if there had been writing on them. Then about a week later we received the originals back in the mail as promised. This free trial was 100% free to us! I am so glad I tried it because otherwise, I may not have used them for our future scanning. PhotoPanda's pricing is so much less than others, I was not sure they would be up to par, they are!
My only complaint would be that on one of the scans, two of our pictures were stuck together and they scanned them that way. Seems like someone would have corrected that. It was only the one scan and everything else was great. We are currently collecting all of our photos to be digitized and will be sending them to PhotoPanda to have this done.

Easy, Efficient, and Reasonably Priced. I placed my order, a box was sent a few days later, I filled the box with organized photos rubber-banded together by group, and sent it off. They emailed me that my photos were received, which is comforting. Within a week, I received a link to my scanned photos, both the originals and the enhanced photos. Each group of photos was in its own folder, which is nice when looking for a particular print. At first, I thought that I was missing a group, so I emailed them. Immediately, they went through my batches of photos and sure enough, my stack was there. I had mistakenly grouped it with another stack. Again, another relief. I would definitely use PhotoPanda.
